ARC has established a policy for homeowners to contact Fairway management for approval of the color to paint your house. Fairway Management is authorized to approve house colors on the Deer Lakes Board of Directors and ARC approved color wheel. Other colors must be approved by the ARC. Fairway approval can be very prompt. Deer Lakes Homeowners will need to fill out an ARC form (found under Important Forms on this website). Also, please try and stick to earth tones found in the color wheel.
