ARC Application Form. 

This form is to be used whenever you are making an improvement to your home.  The ARC committee meets once a month to review all requests and ensure that they meet the requirements stated in the Covenants and By Laws of our community.  These covenants and by laws are included on this website for your review and you should have received a copy when you purchased your home.  This approval is usually required by most contractors before they begin work but it does not consitute county approval and you must get that approval by contacting the county yourself or through your contractor.
