Pool & Playground Rules

Only open from dawn until dusk

All activity is at your own risk

DLOA is not responsible for any injuries, lost or stolen items

Gate must be locked at all times

Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult within the gate

No diving, running, pushing or horseplay allowed
Shower before entering pool
Swimmies diapers must be on those children not potty trained
No bikes, skateboards, roller blades, etc. allowed within the gated areas

No glass allowed within the gate and playground
No food or drink of any kind within 10 feet of the pool
No chewing gum or balloons allowed in gated areas

No smoking please within the fenced/gated pool area and please extinguish all cigarettes into the butt cans located outside the pool area
Do not touch pool or equipment
No animals allowed inside gated areas

Please clean up any mess (cans, food) before you leave pool area in the large trash cans provided

We are very privileged to have a swimming pool available to us,

The pool belongs to all of us & each homeowner has a share in

our pool. If anyone sees someone abusing the rules,

you have the right to speak up and say something to them.

You should have received two pool keys at your closing;

You did not pay for them, they are the property of DLOA.

And must be returned upon leaving the residence.

If lost, the replacement cost is $10.00 per key.

777-7575 for pool keys and emergencies. If unable

to contact Fair/Way, call anyone on the Pool Committee below.
